Naseem Ahmed
Naseem Ahmed is The Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Shell UK, with expertise in inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, cultural intelligence and inclusion, gender equity and empowering diverse talent. Naseem is an experienced facilitator and presenter with over 15 years of experience working with diverse workforces and helping organisations to build D&I strategies with resources to support ongoing learning and D&I implementation across their organisation. She has previously worked with the Scottish Parliament carving out their D&I agenda in her capacity as Group Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the Co-operative Group. Naseem is also an advisor to The Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners in the UK and is an Advisor on The Global Inclusion Council for The Centre for Global Inclusion (USA). She is currently working with several non-profit organisations in South Asia and North Africa supporting their agenda for education and equality for all. In particular, Naseem has a specific interest in making D&I a global conversation rather than creating silos.
