The Centre for Global Inclusion's Closure

We cannot fully express our appreciation for your support and engagement over the last six years.

After evaluating potential ways to successfully strengthen The Centre for Global Inclusion’s (“The Centre”) sustainability in pursuance of its mission, vision and strategies, it is with sincere regret to inform you that as of November 7, 2023, The Centre has ceased its formal operations as it can no longer sustain the costs of operating.

If you are a User of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (the “GDEIB”), you will receive information related to the data you provided in the User Agreement. Please be assured that the dissolution process is being managed in compliance with the laws of the State of Nevada and other federal laws and regulations and any personal data is being handled in compliance with Articles 5, 17, 19 and 25 of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

The three authors who are the copyright holders and owners of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (“GDEIB”) – Nene Molefi, Julie O’Mara, and Alan Richter – have assured us that they will continue offering the GDEIB, will honor the User Agreements, and will continue offering support.

During the dissolution period, should you have any specific questions related to the dissolution, you may contact The Centre here.

Thank you for all you have done over the years to enable The Centre to serve “as a resource for research and education for individuals and organizations in their quest to improve diversity and inclusion practices around the world,” and “to be the present and future home of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarks, and all related products and continuing research and to enable fundraising to sustain these efforts.”

Be well and be safe. We wish you all the best as you continue your work toward making the world a more inclusive place for everyone.
