Jeremy Solomons

Jeremy Solomons is the UK-born and USA-naturalized founder, owner and president of both Jeremy Solomons & Associates, Inc. and JSA Consulting (Rwanda), Ltd. Both firms help current and future leaders to connect and communicate effectively across all cultures – geographical, organizational, professional and individual.From Jeremy’s twin bases in Austin, Texas and Kigali, Rwanda, he coaches, consults, designs curriculum, facilitates and trains in the areas of: Career/Life Planning; Creative and Whole-Brain Thinking; Cultural Excellence; Difficult Conversations; Diverse and Dispersed Teams; Everyday Inclusion; Gender Equity; Global Strategy; Influencing, Negotiating and Persuading; Organizational Bullying; Performance Feedback and Evaluation; and Well-Dressed Presenting and “Naked” Facilitating.

In the area of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), he has consulted on Global DEI strategy and co-designed and co-facilitated many coaching and interactive training sessions for many different leaders and organizations around the world, including 3M, American Cancer Society, BorgWarner, Caritas, Dell, Economist Group, EY, Freescale, Mercer, Semiconductor Research Corp., Motorola, Sodexo, UNDP, University of Texas (Austin) and the World Bank. In April 2019, he co-organized and co-facilitated the first African Diversity and Inclusion Forum in Kigali, Rwanda, co-sponsored by the UN and World Bank.

He has been contributing to the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks since 2006; he attended the DEI Futures conference in April 2018; and he is now the co-chair of the Global Committee of the Inclusion Allies Coalition.

Jeremy managed and worked with clients and colleagues from all over the globe, while employed as a banker, educator and journalist in the multinational institutions Citibank, JP Morgan, Lloyds Bank International, Reuters News Agency, United Press International and the World Bank.  Rwanda is the ninth country that he has lived, studied, and worked in for an extended period. The others are: France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the USA and his native UK. He has also traveled and done business in more than 40 nations worldwide — in Africa, Asia Pacific, North America, and throughout Europe. 

Born and raised in Manchester, England, Jeremy holds MA Oxon and BA Honours degrees in French from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College).
